Shipping:
In stock items are generally shipped the day after an order has been placed. We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Returns:
Unused items can be returned within 30 days. ( A 20% restocking fee will apply. ) Items must be unused, in the same condition you received it and must be in the original packaging. If 30 days has past since your purchase we cannot issue a refund.
Before returning any product you will need to contact us for an RMA, (Return Merchandise Authorization) once it has been processed we will email you a copy, please include a copy of this form in the box and return it to our RMA Department. You are responsible for shipping costs for returning the item. It is advised to use a carrier with tracking/insurance as we are not liable for lost or damaged items during transit.
Once the item is received and inspected we will send you an email notifying approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. (Do allow up to 14 days for refunds to appear on your bank or credit card) Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
